Development of a corporate innovation model for MONDRAGON in collaboration with other centres.

THE CHALLENGE

In collaboration with other entities specialised in Innovation Management of the Mondragon Corporation and under the supervision of the Department of Innovation of the corporate centre, the project pursues a model of corporate innovation that provides an answer to new times and new needs in the Modragon corporation. The activity of IK4-IDEKO in this project was focused on the development of the processes:

•FEASIBILITY STUDY OF IDEAS

THE RESULT

M4FUTURE is an integrated corporate system of innovation-promotion-knowledge that allows to permanently renew business models and boost new activities in sectors of the future.
This process management model has been developed with the purpose of optimising working methodologies and encouraging collaboration among actors, researchers and companies.
