The goal of this project was the diagnosis, design, customisation and implementation of a Competitive Intelligence unit in Corporación Patricio Echeverría company. This large corporation is present in over 120 countries, with several trademarks and thousands of product references.
At present, this corporation has a Competitive Intelligence Unit that supports them in the decision-making process at a product, market and technology level
