According to the present invention a system of monitoring and control of the tool and head for turning, pecking and milling among others, preferably for micromachining operations, is proposed, which is truly advantageous due to its constructive and/or functional features.The heads of machine tools, regardless of the type of bearing or ball bearing that they use (hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, magnetic or aerostatic bearings, metal or ceramic ball bearings, etc.), are basically formed from a rotating metal shaft called rotary shaft of the head, and from a cylindrical sleeve or ring surrounding it called support of the head.
