According to the present invention, a machine for the manufacture of porous structures is proposed, whereby a plurality of strands of plastic material is deposited on a horizontal surface through a nozzle with multiple outlets, such that multiple intertwinings are obtained by means of continuous back and forth changes in the strand deposition path, each of said intertwinings defining a three-dimensional porous structure, thus reducing the manufacturing time and cost of the porous structures.
