IK4-ideko has developed the eco-jet nozzles for optimal cooling during grinding processes

This is a nozzle range with an adaptable design that reduce loss of pressure of the system by as much as 25 to 50%.
The use of such a system yields a production increase and a reduction of the unit cost through:
a longer life-cycle of the grinding wheel, less diamond dressing and greater time spans between these dressing operations, and higher removal rates due to less friction and heat generation in the machining zone. This results in a higher precision and a more stable process together with reduced costs because of smaller and more efficient cooling units.

The wide range of designs ensures suitability to any geometry and application making the nozzle an extremely efficient device, guaranteeing a higher production output and reduced cost unit price.
