Nerea Aranguren, Managing director of IDEKO, will be in charge of closing the Re-Think Industry lecture cycle at Kursaal in Donostia-San Sebastián with a talk about the importance of innovation and talent in the manufacturing sector.
This meeting, organized by the Council of Gipuzkoa, seeks to share, learn and reflect on the impact of the digital and sustainable transformation in the innovation of SMEs in Gipuzkoa.
Digital and sustainable business transformation has become a necessary requirement for building a competent business at economic, environmental and social level. In order to make progress in this direction, collaboration between companies and technology centres is crucial to enabling innovation and generating attractive new job opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
Committed to promoting innovation and attracting talent in the Basque industry, the IDEKO technology centre will participate next Thursday 16 February in the second edition of the Re-Think Industry:“Building the future of Gipuzkoa’s SME” at the Kursaal Auditorium in Donostia-San Sebastián. The event, organized by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, aims to share the achievements and challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises in the historical territory in their journey towards digital transformation.
Specifically, IDEKO will play a key role thanks to the participation of Nerea Aranguren. The CEO of the research centre will close the event with a paper entitled “The digital transformation of the manufacturing sector: innovation and talent as high-impact factors”. During her speech, which will take place from 13:05 to 13:35, Aranguren will share her reflections on the importance of innovation and talent in manufacturing, now becomed factors of high impact for companies.
The conference, which will feature four parallel presentations, will focus on how digital and sustainable transformation has become a lever for innovation in companies. To do so, during the different sessions, we will share, learn and reflect on the role of digital and sustainable transformation in business innovation.
